Mr. Fix-it (aka, Olivier) saved our closing. We had a valve leak from our washing machine three days before closing. Luckily I was able to get a plumber out and Olivier came through to patch up the wall quickly and skillfully. Couldn’t have closed without his help. He’s also super friendly and reasonable.
